If you cancel your booking before departure, we may at our absolute discretion charge the following fees; 30 days or more 10% of fare 8 to 30 days 25% of fare 48hrs to 7 days 50% of fare Less than 48hrs 100% of fare

Cancellation Policy: By us: On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road closures, insufficient numbers). Should this occur you will receive a full refund and we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date. By You: If cancellation of booking is made at least 15 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you will receive 100% refund. If cancellation of booking is made between 7 and 14 day(s) in advance of departure, you will receive 75% refund If cancellation of booking is made between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of departure date you will receive 50% refund If cancellation of booking is made within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund.
