Great Ocean Road - Otway Discovery:

Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price. The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Escapegoat Adventures:

Tours must be cancelled by contacting the tour operator direct at least 48 hours before trip, otherwise 50% tour cost is retained.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Drop Bear Adventures:

Thank you for booking your Fraser Island holiday with Drop Bear Adventures. Please call us on 1800 061 156 or text 0487 333 606 to confirm your booking 24hours prior to your tour departure date. Pickup time in Noosa is 7am and if you are departing from Hervey Bay you need to meet at Hervey Bay Flashpackers at 8am unless you are staying at Colonial Village or Woolshed. Passengers are only permitted to bring a small weekend bag and all large backpacks must remain in storage either at our office in Noosa or with your accommodation provider unless authorised. All main meals are provided and we ask that you bring your own snacks and alcohol (cool boxes are provided). Please see our website www.dropbearadventures.com.au for further details on what to bring and tour itinerary’s. Please note that tour components not utilised are non-refundable and price is subject to change without notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice prior to tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs. Ocean Rafting:

Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.
