BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Down Under Cruise & Dive:

All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund. Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid. All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Should a cruise not operate for any such reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or refund for days lost only. The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient. A reef tax applies to all persons traveling to the Great Barrier Reef. This will be $20 and payable onboard. Please be aware that snorkelling and diving may be a strenuous activity. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire on board. Some existing medical conditions and / or the taking of certain medication may exclude the individual from in-water activities. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba cert card. In the interest of safety we recommend that you do not fly within 24hrs of last dive. Please consider wind strength or roughness of sea before booking. All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains /divers discretion. No refund for incompleted dives. No refund for passengers voluntarily leaving any vessel early. All monies forfeited if cancelling less than 48hrs prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

Red Earth Safaris:

No refund will be given if cancellations are received less than seven days before departure.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Nautilus Aviation:

48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.

Cairns Discovery Tours:

Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests. Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Oz Whale Watching Sydney:

If you don't see whales you get a return trip free of charge. If cruise is cancelled by Oz Whale Watching then clients are entitled to a refund or reschedule for another day. If customer cancels within 48hrs of departure or no shows, no refund is available.

Sensational Sydney Cruises:

Cancellation Policy: Individual “Cruise like a local” bookings: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator's discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Groups or Exclusive Charters (12 paxs or more): Cancellations made more than 30 clear working days before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price. Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operators discretion due to mechanical breakdowns which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Fail to Board: It is the Passenger's responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time for the departure of the vessel. Failure to do so will mean that the Passenger forfeits the full fare price to the Operator. Safety Requirements for Travel: 1. Disabled Passengers: The Operator recommends that disabled persons seek medical advice before participating. Disabled Passengers cruising aboard Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 2. Pregnant Persons: Pregnant persons cruising with Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 3. Intoxicated Persons: The Operator does not condone excessive drinking and no intoxicated person will be allowed to embark the vessel named Calypso. Minimum Age Requirement: There are no minimum age requirements for children to board Calypso. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. The Skipper and other crew members are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available on board for children and adults alike. Adult prices will apply from age 13 upwards. Times & Duration: May vary slightly at the skipper's discretion and depending on sea and weather conditions. The 'Cruise like a local' tour commences at 12.30pm and concludes at 4.30pm. Groups and exclusive charter embarkment and disembarkment times are arranged at the time of booking. Passengers are required to be at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to nominated departure. Days of Operation: The 'Cruise like a local' tour operates daily from 1st September to 1st June (inc), 12.30pm, returning 4.30pm. Minimum Numbers: 'Cruise like a local' departs with a minimum of two passengers and will cater up to 12 people. If you have numbers that exceed this, you will need to make a private booking. Marine Insurance: Sea Sydney cruises carry full insurance and public liability. Calypso is a charter vessel, survey number 21415. Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture.
