BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

Whales in Paradise:

All tours/cruises are weather and number dependant. (Reschedule or refund). No refund available for cancellations or changes within 72hrs of tour departure. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry, substitute the vessel and change the day’s itinerary and pricing without notice.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Mulgas Adventures:

100% non-refundable if cancelled within 48hours of tour departure. 25% cancellation fee if cancelled with more than 48hrs notice.

AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:

Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge. Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Frankland Island Cruises:

A 100% cancellation fee applies if advice is not provided a minimum of 36 hours prior to departure for cancellations or amendments.

Australian Sunset Safaris:

* Time, Tides, and Weather Permitting Sunset Safaris makes every effort to include ALL activities and destinations listed. However due to the extreme nature of Fraser Island and Rainbow Beach, and weather unpredictability in general, some activities are subject to Tide, Time, and Weather factors, and the tour operator cannot be held liable due to these factors. CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO STRONG WINDS (Great Barrier Reef) Occasionally strong winds will cause the cancellation of the boat that takes us to the Great Barrier Reef. The tour operator will always endeavour to cancel or postpone the excursion to the Town of 1770 before time of departure if winds are too strong. However, due to the unpredictability of winds, we may arrive at the Town of 1770, and be told by the boat company that the trip has been cancelled. In the uncommon event that this occurs, the tour operator will refund the total sum of the purchase price of the Boat ticket and reef tax ($170) at the town of 1770. A range of other activities such as snorkelling and diving in sheltered waters, sea kayaking, surfing, amphibious vehicle rides, and much more may be arranged by the tour operator staff at 1770, and these optional activities are then payable by the customer. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS Cancellations with less than 24 Hours notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 72 hours, but not less than 24 hours, incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, but not less than 72 hours notice incurs a $25% cancellation fee. Cancellations not less than 7 Days notice will incur a 5% cancellation fee (administrative processing). All customer cancellation incur a further Tours To Go cancellation fee.

The Rock Tour:

100% if the Tour is cancelled within 24 hours of departure. 50% if between 24-48 hours. 25% at all other times.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

Adventure Tours Australia:

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain $99 per person; Between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost 14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking. Note that different cancellation conditions apply to some trips and additional services. Your booking consultant will advise if differences apply. Please note that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown. In certain cases a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

Groovy Grape Getaways:

Cancellation policy: GGT charges 25% 30 - 8 days, 50% 7 days to 24 hours and 100% within 24 hours prior departure. Amendements: Inside 3 days passengers wanting to change tour dates will be charges a booking amendment fee of $44.00

Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Thunder Jet Boating:

All tickets are non-refundable and 24 hours notice required for cancellations.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Venture North Australia:

12 months + prior a full refund will be given 1 month – 12 months a 10% cancellation fee will apply Less than 1 month – 2 weeks 50% of total tour cost Less than 2 week 100% cancellation fee applies

Jump Tours:

Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure: 30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price 13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price

SEIT Outback Australia:

FIT Tours 50% - within 72 hours 100% - Less than 48 hours Extended Touring 50% - within 5 days 100% - within 72 hours

Coral Sea Dreaming:

Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure - 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations from 7 days to 28 days prior to departure - 35% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure and no-shows - 100% cancellation fee. Should a trip be cancelled due to poor weather of mechanical breakdown, we will provide a full refund. No refunds are offered if little or no sailing occurs.

Ocean Rafting:

Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Wetland Cruises:

Wetland Cruises reserve the right to cancel a tour if the group numbers are not sufficient, in such cases full refunds will be given. Any costs incurred by a client as a result of a delay or cancellation, including failure to make connections with any other service, are the responsibility of the passenger. We strongly recommend that all passengers have their own travel insurance to cover losses. Cancellation fees are 10% charge outside 14 days, 25% charge from 14 –8 days, 50% charge from 7—4 days and 100% charge within 72 hours of departure.

Explore Australia:

Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture. No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
