Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.

Western Travel Bug:

* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund * more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund * cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug accept/confirm reservation

Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:

100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

•Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier; •Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier; •Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
