100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booked departure, which includes any factors beyond your/our control and also includes but is not limited to: medical issues, airline or transport delays, bad weather etc (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Skedaddle, the company or the captain of the day reserves the right at any time, without compensation, to alter, change or cancel without notice any: Service provided, the tour, part of the tour, the destinations, use only one destination, use a different vessel or any matter or thing. Due in part or in whole but not restricted to: Adverse Weather, strong winds, medical issues (yours or others), mechanical problems or any matter that may affect the safety of a passenger or passengers or the safe operation of the tour or any other problem or issue.
