Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

*Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: Under 7 days and over 24 hours notice - 20% of the value of the Tour, within 24 hours or where no notice is given - 100%. *PLEASE URGENTLY CONTACT ANDERSONS TOURS to select a meeting point, at least 48 hours prior to travel *During peak season, if you select the Large Group option, the group number will be 53 people *PLEASE NOTE The Christmas period of 23rd Dec 2019 - 6th Jan 2020 is our busiest period. Escapegoat Adventures:

Tours must be cancelled by contacting the tour operator direct at least 48 hours before trip, otherwise 50% tour cost is retained.

Skydive Newcastle:

Only available to people living in Australia. Will have to show some form of local ID . Bookings must be made, and jump completed by November(unless cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and rebooked). No refund available once booked. Bookings are required and subject to availability. Minimum age is 12 years Non transferable and not available with any other offer. Weight restrictions and surchages over 95kgs apply and subject to Tandem Master on the day.
